Results

Julie facilitated a process that enabled everyone to participate, bringing the entire company into a board room, to discover the values together. Despite initial skepticism from the CTO - "I thought there was no way a room of 25 strong minded people could ever align on verbiage without a lot of time and effort", Julie led the team to develop "the strongest, most authentic values (she) could ever imagine."  It was described as a "profoundly satisfying experience." The CTO was so impressed by the results that she regularly shares the values with pride and sees the entire team reflected in them.
